Welcome to the Tucker Chef Juices Return & Reuse Program — where delicious juice meets smarter packaging. By returning your bottle, you’re helping us keep high-quality glass in circulation and reducing waste the best way possible: reuse first.

Why Return & Reuse?
Recycling is good… but reusing is even better.
Our returnable glass bottles are designed to be used again and again. Every bottle returned helps to:
reduce landfill
save energy and resources
cut packaging waste
keep perfectly good bottles doing what they do best: holding great juice
This is our most sustainable packaging option — and you’re a key part of making it work.
How It Works (It’s Easy!)
Finish your juice (the fun part).
Check your bottle is reusable (see “Bottle Check” below).
Bring it back to any participating return location.
Hand it to the team at checkout — we’ll take it from there!

Bottle Check: What We Can (and Can’t) Accept
To keep the program safe, hygienic, and running smoothly, bottles must be in clean, reusable condition.
Yes please!
- Clean bottles in good condition
- No cracks, chips, or damage
Sorry, we can’t accept:
- Unwashed or dirty bottles
- Cracked bottles
- Chipped bottles
- Anything that isn’t safe to reuse
If a bottle can’t be reused, we can’t put it back into circulation — and we want every bottle in the program to meet food safety standards.
What About the Lid?
Great question — lids can’t be reused.
Please remove the lid and place it in your household or community recycling, where accepted.
(Keeping lids out of the reuse loop helps us maintain a safe, reliable process.)
What Happens Next? Behind the Scenes
Once we collect your returned bottles, they go through a careful process to make sure they’re ready for their next refill:
Sorted
Inspected (quality + safety check)
Washed
Sterilised
Refilled
Resealed
Then they’re ready to head back out into the world—filled with fresh juice again.
