How do I join FreshConnect?

At Tucker Fresh IGA, we are committed to enriching the lives of our shoppers and local community, which is why we have introduced our FreshConnect Reward Program. 

Sign up today with FreshConnect to start earning points that can be used to redeem shopping perks or to donate to the local community causes that you care about. Your wallet and local community will both be happy!

Earn points with every dollar you spend using your FreshConnect Rewards card at ANY of our participating stores. You can donate points to a local Community Cause associated with the store that you are shopping at.

To sign up simply follow these 4 easy steps and start making your weekly grocery shop even more rewarding! It only takes a few minutes. Plus it’s free!

  1. Get your rewards card online
    Simply click the link to register for a FreshConnect card online and choose a home store.
    Fill out the details to receive an email from Tucker Fresh with your card number and instructions for using your virtual card in-store.OR
    Visit your nearest store and request a Fresh Connect card at the check-out.
  2. Activate your card
    To redeem your points you must activate your card.Simply click on the “Register” button located in your FreshConnect email to activate your card.
  3. Set up your account
    Login to your account here and finalise your details.You will now have access to view your past transactions, set budgets as well as shopping goals and review and manage your earned points.
  4. Registration confirmation!
    Congratulations, your new card has been activated! Happy shopping and we’ll see you in-store soon.

Nominate a Community Cause

Does your local school or charity require funding? If so, please take some time to nominate them below

How Nominations Work

  1. Nominate a local community cause close to your heart.
  2. Tucker Fresh IGA will review nominations and choose 2 causes.
  3. The chosen causes will be displayed at your participating Tucker Fresh IGA*
  4. Shop at your local participating store and earn FreshConnect points. Choose to use points for in-store rewards or donate them to your chosen cause when you shop in-store (not valid for online orders).
  5. After 3 months, the cause with the greatest number of points (thanks to you!) will receive a monetary donation from the participating IGA store of $300, whilst the remaining cause with the second-highest number of points will receive $200. In addition to these donations, participating stores will donate an additional $1 per 100 points donated to each cause.

Native Animal Rescue is involved with leading-edge conservation programs state-wide. NAR - focuses on rehabilitating native animals to get them back into their natural habitat.


HeartKids focuses on support and advocacy for all people impacted by childhood heart disease - helping them and their families live the most fulfilling life possible and reach their personal goals.

Lifeline WA

Lifeline WA is on a mission to prevent suicide and support people in crisis. Your donation will provide valuable funds for the 24/7 crisis support line (13 11 14).

North Beach Primary School P&C

North Beach Primary School P&C bolsters the school community by providing extra resources and a forum for skill and knowledge sharing. They also run the school canteen and uniform shop!

Wheelchairs for Kids

Wheelchairs for Kids is a volunteer-based NFP providing rough-terrain, adjustable wheelchairs to children in under-resourced communities in Australia and around the globe.

Kingsley Westside Football Club-Juniors

The Kingsley Westside Football Club helps junior players build their skills from age 6 in the MiniRoos through to the Football West Junior competition from age 6 and beyond!

Deedlebug Cat Rescue

Deedlebug Cat Rescue is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats in need throughout Perth. DCR also helps low-income families desex their cats with the ‘Last Litter’ program.

St Dominics Primary School Parents and Friends Group

The Parents and Friends Group of St Dominics actively engages the school's community to promote friendship and cooperation by organising family events, facilitating open communication and fundraising for additional resources for the school.
