I can get cheaper products elsewhere. (We understand this is true and we can't compete on every product, but 15% off does decrease some prices to be competitive with the other big grocery stores. The discount is also applicable to sale items.)

I didn't realise my family could use it too. (Members of your immediate family and people who live in your household can use your discount. They dont need a phytsical card, they cn use your mobile number on checkout to apply the discount to their shop. Plus, cards are valid at all 12 stores, so your discount will work for every location.)
