We’ve been through some changes lately; our business is growing, and we’ve made the decision to make some changes to our rewards program.
FreshConnect will continue to run, and you will continue to gain points when you shop with us- just like before.
However as part of our new program, points will have a rolling expiry date of 12 months from the time they were earned.
Points Earned Before 31 January 2023
You will have until 31st January 2024 to redeem these points.
When you use points, the ‘oldest’ points are taken first. So as long as you’re using up your points regularly, they shouldn’t expire.
There are few current customers who have points older than 12 months. If you’re saving up for a big event, like Christmas 2024, you’ll be able to use your points before they expire.
Points Earned After 31st Jan 2023
From 31st January 2023, points earned will have a 12- month rolling expiry.
For example:
- You earn 750 points in between February 1st- 28th 2023
- You earn 100 points in between March 1st- 31st 2023
On the 1st March 2024, the 750 points earned in February 2023 will expire if not redeemed. The 100 points earned in March 2023 will remain.
Remember, when you use points, the ‘oldest’ points are taken first. So as long as you’re using up your points regularly, they shouldn’t expire.
You can keep track of this by opting into the automatic monthly points emails through the FreshConnect portal.

The program has been running for a long time, and there are quite a few accounts that are either unused or not activated.
1. Cards Unused in 12 Months
From January 31st, 2023 we will remove accounts that haven’t been used in 12 months and older.
Customers who fall into this category and who opted in to be contacted via email have received an email outlining the changes and how to ensure their cards remain valid.
2. Cards that Haven't Been Activated
There are a number of cards that have been registered at the checkout, but not activated in the system, and have points registered.
To access these points, customers need to take one more step and activate their card. Without activation, they can’t take advantage of these points.
Customers who fall into this category and who opted in to be contacted via email have received an email outlining how to ensure their cards remain valid.
Please note: If you have signed up for a card more than once and have registered more than once, you may have received an email for your old card.
If you believe you have received this email in error, contact erynl@adminiga.com.au with your card details and we will correct this.
