Lotto Manager

About The Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Lottery Manager, in this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our lottery operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with other departments to create and execute strategies that enhance our lottery offerings and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the standard where “every local is loved”.
  • Manage the day-today operations of the lottery department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lottery ticket sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing lottery operations.
  • Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners in the industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lottery professionals.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of lottery activities.

 

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Recent relevant supermarket retail experience
  • Proven experience in lottery management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of lottery regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a demonstrated record of strong achievement in meeting customer needs
  • Enthusiastic and approachable personality
  • Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively.
  • Can work well autonomously or in a team.
